About Moor & Moon
We are Rebecca and Rob, a married pair of camera alchemists ~ collecting magical moments +
faerie tale films from the moon to the moor, for the wildish folks amongst us.
Our bread and butter are introverted fantasy nerds, who self describe as awkward in front of the
camera ~ because that's who we are. We work with all sorts of folks, but we thrive when we
work with people who are like us, who want to embrace their love of fantasy adventure on their
wedding day. We had a Lord of the Rings themed wedding (back in the day), and we love to
work with folks that are living that hobbit life.
We’re not just a photo and video duo. We’re also event planners, tour guides, the guests you
didn’t know you needed, and a friendly face in the crowd when your family is causing tension.
We call this being Adventure Alchemists. Making all of the ups and downs into an adventure, a
story to tell, a moment to see the humor in, because when you see this, you photograph the
best.
We believe in documenting the raw and the real, crafting photos and films that look and feel like
you ~ with all your free and feral energy. Whether you're planning your next summit to hike, or
setting off into the wilds of Faerun with your party, we know you want your adventurous soul to
shine on your wedding day, and we're here to help you realise that adventure isn't an activity ~ it's an energy.

FAQ's
We’re so awkward, we don’t even know what hands are, nevermind where to put them ~
can you help us?
We were pretty sure hands were a lie when we had our first photoshoot. As fellow awkward folks, we’ve concocted our Magick Method just for people like you. It’s a way to get out of your own head and into the moment, so you won’t even have to think about what
you're doing, and can simply relax and enjoy the moment.
We have a few extra tricks up our sleeves to pull out if you still need some help though. Our biggest advice is to try to approach it with curiosity rather than fear!
Do you charge for travel?
We love travelling for weddings. It gives us an excuse to get out in our van for an adventure ~ as if we need an excuse! Within our package we cover between Newcastle and Leeds and across to Cumbria for free, after that it’s 50p per mile.
When do we get to see the photos/film?
You’re excited to see the photos after the wedding ~ of course you are!
We aim to get your photos to you no later than 8 weeks after your wedding day. That gives us a chance to hand edit them with our whimsical style and also do your film too if you’ve had one.
