About Carrie Newnam Scott
Hi, I’m Carrie and specialise in wedding and event florals.
I’d describe my style as eclectic, wild and textural. I love to create pieces that feel bohemian and alternative. You’ll see from my work I adore nude, warm, ethereal vibes, dark moody tones or bright pops of colour. These styles reflect the different sides of my personality, and I like to express them all.
Working predominantly with dried and preserved flowers, I like to create pieces that feel
authentic to who I am, the colour palette is just dependent on what I’m feeling in that
moment. I’m obsessed with texture and like to convey this through all my designs regardless
of colour palette.
I’m based in the West Midlands but love to travel so offer national
coverage. I’m a fully inclusive floral designer and love getting to know my couples to ensure
their personality shines through in my designs.

When I came across Carrie’s Instagram page for our wedding flowers, all I can say is as soon as I saw her work I just couldn't wait to get in contact with her. To make things even more amazing, after speaking with her on a video call, I loved her instantly, so friendly and I felt
like I’d known her for years. She made me feel very comfortable and I completely trusted her with my autumnal vision! She made the effort to travel over an hour to our venue just
to view it and to give her inspiration for our flowers, which I thought was such a lovely touch! After meeting her face to face she was just as wonderful as I expected.
The morning of my wedding day, Carrie bringing me my flowers meant so much to me and I can’t explain how I felt when I saw them for the first time. Carrie went above and beyond to
make my dream wedding flowers; they were exactly what I wanted! I cried as soon as I saw them! Then, arriving at the venue and seeing all the décor and walking down the aisle to see the most beautiful autumnal meadow at the end was simply breathtaking. Yes everything is bespoke - I design and create florals to match theme of your day! The beauty of choosing dried and preserved flowers for your day is that they will last for years to come as a reminder of your special day. When designing your flowers, I will advise you how to look after them to ensure they last for you.
How much do your flowers cost?

Do you travel?
Yes! I am based in The Midlands but I travel across the UK! I just require travel and accommodation costs to be covered please.
